Mindset Over Mechanics: Leading Lasting Change I see it all the time: Management is aligned. The strategy is clear. The plan looks great on paper. Then comes an email. Maybe a townhall. Everyone is informed – but nothing actually changes. What’s missing? Real change doesn’t start with communication. It starts with mindset. What actually works: • Start with: “What does this mean for the people involved?” – not with KPIs. • Communication is not transmission. It’s dialogue, participation, and co-creation. • Change needs psychological safety – a space for doubt, failure, and growth.
